14,45 a 16,15 pesca Rabben (empresa familiar), presentado por el propietario: Visita y discusión La pesquería de pequeña familia es la única cerca de Bad Zwischenahn lago y tiene una larga historia. Hoy en día una gran cantidad de turistas ha llegado hasta este lugar, para encontrar un entorno diferente a diferencia de otros lugares urbanos.

09.00 Taller en acción II: Senderos Church - nueva visión de las viejas costumbres - Senderos abierto un punto de vista sobre el paisaje, la naturaleza y el bienestar personal. Vamos a sentir la atmósfera del paisaje y el impacto espiritual del movimiento y la escucha.
12.30 Almuerzo en el Restaurante Fröhlich Bad Zwischenahn .Tendremos un almuerzo típico de la zona ("Buffet asado Brewmaster") y escuchar algo acerca de la cervecería restaurante propia cerveza.
14,00-16,00 Taller en acción III: Métodos de educación medio ambiente ¿Cómo presentar la naturaleza para el público interesado, los métodos y la interacción: Caminata y actuación en "Park der Gärten", guiado por Juliane Smalla. Juliane
19,00 noche cena en el Restaurante "Spieker": típicas regionales (agricultor) platos.

Workshop in action I:
Feel landscape, listen to the people, taste products 13.30 – 14.30 Experience in the Elmendorf forest: Non formal environmental education –forest teaching trail – guided by Ute Aderholz (environmental education center Ammerland) . The educational trails through the forest gives us not only information about plants, trees and animals. It´s also to feel like “partner of nature” and to have very personal impressions of natural environment. Small practical exercises will take place.

Today a lot of tourist´s come up to this place, to find a different surrounding in contrast to other urban places. To sit outside in the garden, to listen to the fisherman´s explanations and to enjoy lake, wind and landscape is often more memorable than sitting the whole day in seminar room.

16.45 -18.45 Farm and farm shop Eyting in the village Gristede. See the farm shop and the farm products. Tasting products from the region, hear about farm and family history (600 years in this place), sustainable farming and environment protection. Afterwards: local typical dinner = taste landscape (“Green cabbage”) in the premises farm Eyting.

Workshop in action II:
Church trails – new view on old ways - Footpaths open one´s view on landscape, nature and personal well – being We´ll use and enjoy the old church trail from the village Ohrwege to Bad Zwischenahn. We´ll pass forest´s, fields, settlements and a small river. We´ll feel the atmosphere of landscape and spiritual impact of moving and listening. 12.30 Lunch in Restaurant Fröhlich Bad Zwischenahn
www.froehlich-meer-brauerei.de . We´ll have a typical local lunch („Buffet Brewmaster roast” ) and hear something about the restaurant´s own beer brewery.
14.00- 16.00 Workshop in action III: Methods environment education How to present nature to the interested audience, methods and interaction: walk and action in “Park der Gärten” , guided by Juliane Smalla. Juliane will present us a “School in the garden” in a unusual way. Non-formal transfer of knowledge is in the foreground

17.30 Conclusion and workshop summary in conference room Hotel Petersen 19.00 Evening dinner in the Restaurant “Spieker”: Typical regional (farmer) dishes. The Spieker is a historical restaurant with a very specific atmosphere. Wood and Timber dominate the dining room. And on the walls you will find the medieval house signs of farmer families from the region. It´s like in old days.
