EL ANILLO VERDE (THE GREEN BELT)
El Anillo Verde de Zaragoza se concibe no como algo cerrado en sí mismo, sino como una red capaz de articular los distintos espacios verdes de la ciudad, y con la vocación de desarrollar sub-anillos y ramificaciones.
En esta estrategia se inserta la voluntad municipal al realizar este encargo: diseñar un anillo en el norte de la ciudad que se inserte en la estructura del anillo verde principal y que sea capaz de articular los grandes sistemas verdes fluviales y diversos espacios verdes de ese entorno, integrando además los espacios periurbanos con los urbanos.

The Green Belt of Zaragoza is conceived not as closed in itself, but as a network capable of articulating the various green spaces in the city, and with the aim of developing sub-rings and ramifications.
